$75.00- Trip and Diagnosis

On the day of the appointment, the technician will call you in the morning to provide a two hour time frame of his arrival based on the most efficient route for that day. Upon arrival, the technician will inspect and diagnose the unit. Then he will discuss with you any repairs and/or parts that may be necessary so you can be thoroughly informed in order to properly approve all aspects before any further work is performed.

If Parts Are Needed

The cost of a part will be discussed when the technician has diagnosed the malfunction and determined what needs replacement or repair. At that time, you may decide if you would like to continue service.

Our technicians carry many of the most common parts on their trucks. So for most service appointments, the work can be completed in one session.

However, there are times when a part needs to be ordered. How timely a part is received is based on availablity from our suppliers. We utilize the services of several outstanding part supply companies and all involved work at peak performance to ensure efficient, elite customer service.

Additional Labor Costs
